If you’ve got a Bank of America checking account, ATM or credit card then you have a free pass (general admission only) to a selection of museums around the country on the first weekend of every month through the Museums on Us program. Please take a photo ID with you, some museums may request it before letting you enter.

On March 7th & 8th you can visit these museums in and around Boston for free by showing your Bank of America card or check:

  • Museum of Fine Arts
  • Harvard Museum of Natural History
  • DeCordova Museum and Sculpture Garden
  • Danforth Museum

Egg & Nest: Photographs by Rosamund Purcell opened on February 12th and will run through March 15th. Also on view:

The Language of Color (through Sept 6, 2009) is and exhibit about color and its evolution in the natural world.

Ongoing exhibits include:

  • Dodo, Trilobites & Meteorites…Treasures of Nature and Science at Harvard.

The Decordova opened several new exhibits on January 24, 2009 all of which run through May 17, 2009.
